DPP is seeking a System Support Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:
- Fully onsite in Columbia.
- W2 position; 6 months, with possibility to FTE
- Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust).
- Monitor and support the assigned area's IT infrastructure, resolving patching, compliance, updates, network and security issues by coordinating with corporate associates in the datacenter (no physical access to the hardware).
- The team consists of 24 members focused on document workflows related to medical claims processing.
- Operates within a federal government environment, supporting multiple lines of business and managing various concurrent projects.
- Core working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with exceptions approved as needed.
- Quarterly production deployments occur on Saturdays. While after-hours support is uncommon, it may be required during system outages.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
- OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 10 years without a degree)
