What you'll do:

Configure, install, monitor, and maintain workstation hardware and software.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance.

Manage tickets and update the dispatch system.

Ensure workstation backups, licensing compliance, and security configurations.

Test, troubleshoot, and document application packages.

Maintain documentation of standards and configurations to improve resolution time.

Perform administrative tasks including reporting, ordering parts, and tracking inventory.

Stay current on workstation support technologies and tools.
What you need:

A Certification required (CompTIA A or higher preferred).

Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with the ability to train users.

Familiarity with workstation hardware/software, OS imaging concepts, and LAN-based systems.
