Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on legal matters, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior experience in a corporate legal environment is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in Missouri and Kansas
- Book of business of $300K minimum
- Expertise in contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Advise on corporate legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities
- Provide guidance on corporate governance issues
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- 1500 Billable hours
