Finance Manager

Syntax Talent is seeking an accounting/finance professional who will play a critical role in supporting various finance and accounting activities of our organization. You will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic guidance to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Prepare month-end accrual workbooks for multiple business units.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA required (or at least parts passed).
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
