Finance Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within real estate, ideally multi-property environments.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, debt structures, and lender relationships.
- Experience with multi-entity close processes and tight reporting deadlines.
- Systems experience with Sage 100, EPICOR, and/or Power BI preferred.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor (no direct reports) with high ownership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with leadership and external partners.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the monthly close process across multiple entities (targeting a 10-business-day close).
- Oversee debt schedules, lender reporting, and support refinancing/acquisition financing efforts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with leadership to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making tools.
- Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance team restructuring initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis across a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and external stakeholders.
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
