Overview
Our Client is seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR professional to oversee the full scope of human resources operations. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable operating independently, navigating a fast-paced environment, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
- Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and job descriptions
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Support performance review cycles in partnership with leadership
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters
- Handle workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Partner with managers to provide guidance on performance and employee issues
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership
Payroll, Benefits & Compensation
- Oversee biweekly payroll processing, including audits, time tracking, and reporting
- Manage benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, COBRA, etc.)
- Lead open enrollment and employee communications
- Administer leave programs including FMLA, PTO, and disability
- Oversee 401(k) plan administration and contributions
- Support compensation planning, including salary structures and incentive programs
HR Administration & Operations
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR data and reporting
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment and system access
- Manage vendor relationships related to HR systems and telecommunications
- Support day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative needs
- Assist with contracts, insurance policies, and general business support as needed
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of ownership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
