Overview

Our Client is seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR professional to oversee the full scope of human resources operations. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable operating independently, navigating a fast-paced environment, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
  • Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and job descriptions


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Lead onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Support performance review cycles in partnership with leadership


Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters
  • Handle workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on performance and employee issues
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership


Payroll, Benefits & Compensation

  • Oversee biweekly payroll processing, including audits, time tracking, and reporting
  • Manage benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, COBRA, etc.)
  • Lead open enrollment and employee communications
  • Administer leave programs including FMLA, PTO, and disability
  • Oversee 401(k) plan administration and contributions
  • Support compensation planning, including salary structures and incentive programs


HR Administration & Operations

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR data and reporting
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment and system access
  • Manage vendor relationships related to HR systems and telecommunications
  • Support day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and administrative needs
  • Assist with contracts, insurance policies, and general business support as needed


Qualifications

  • 7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or leadership capacity
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience managing payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
