We're partnering with a global consumer products company to find an experienced Product Owner (Enterprise AI Strategy). This is a highly visible opportunity to influence how Generative AI and Agentic AI are adopted across a global organization, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Pay: $50-85/hr
Duration: 7/6/26 to 12/27/2026
Location: On-site in El Segundo
What You'll Do
- Own and drive enterprise AI product strategy, roadmap, and adoption across multiple business functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities through workshops, ideation sessions, and innovation initiatives.
- Prioritize AI use cases and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead the development and adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI products that deliver measurable business value.
- Champion new AI-powered business models and present recommendations to executive leadership.
- Establish Responsible AI principles and governance by partnering with legal, security, and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to successfully deliver AI products.
- Drive AI adoption through education, enablement programs, workshops, and internal training.
- Build relationships with AI industry leaders, academic institutions, and strategic partners to stay ahead of emerging trends.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, AI Strategy, AI Product Ownership, or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise platforms leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to business audiences.
- Experience developing AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or AI operating models is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Curious, innovative mindset with a passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.
