- Serve as Product Owner for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms, managing backlog creation, prioritization, and delivery aligned with business objectives
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
- Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to define product strategy and develop roadmaps
- Leverage consumer data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer experience
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and dashboards, iterating based on insights and experimentation such as A/B testing and personalization
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a DTC or eCommerce environment
- Strong understanding of consumer data, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms
- Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable product or business strategies
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
