Key Responsibilities:
- Manage health problems and coordinate comprehensive care for gastroenterology patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate patient progress.
- Practice in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations, adhering to the highest standards of clinical care.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current state licensure in good standing.
- Current DEA and CDS certificates.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Current provider cards in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a gastroenterology or related specialty setting.
- Eligibility for hospital privileges.
