Our client in Morristown NJ is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history.
2. Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients.
3. Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes.
4. Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
5. Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
Required:
* Current state Nurse Practitioner license.
* Graduated from accredited APN program
* Minimum of 5 years" experience working in primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or critical care.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Must have experience working on IV"s
* Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Minimum of 2 years of staff management, including delegating, developing, coaching, and motivating employees is required.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent working relationships with community leaders, other clinical personnel, and employees up, down, and across the organization.
Pay is $55.00 - $59.00
Must be willing to work at least 3 shifts per week.
