What You'll Own
- Leading and managing live shifts across the dining room and bar
- Supporting servers, bartenders, and hosts throughout service with hands-on presence
- Managing guest flow, wait times, and table turns to keep the operation moving
- Jumping in wherever the shift needs you — running food, bussing, hosting, troubleshooting
- Handling guest concerns on the spot and turning problems into loyalty-building moments
- Holding the team accountable to service standards and side work expectations
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with the back of house to keep service tight
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members
What You Bring
