Restaurant General Manager | Fine Dining Concept

We are partnering with a highly curated hospitality group to identify a General Manager for a new elevated dining and cocktail concept in a growing Southern market.

This is not a traditional restaurant role.

This is an opportunity to lead a guest-driven, experience-first environment where culinary excellence, beverage storytelling, and atmosphere come together to create something truly memorable.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance:

This role is best suited for a leader who has experience in:

• Luxury resorts or boutique lifestyle hotels
• Chef-driven or James Beard–caliber restaurants
• High Volume Fine Dining Concepts

• Full leadership of restautant operations and guest experience
• Building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team
• Creating a culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and pride
• Partnering with culinary and beverage leaders to deliver a cohesive experience
• Driving performance across revenue, labor, and guest satisfaction
