The Role
This is a floor-first leadership position. As AGM, you are the connective tissue between ownership's vision and daily execution. You'll work directly alongside the GM to drive service standards, develop your team, and keep a high-volume operation firing on all cylinders.

What You'll Own
- Full front-of-house operations — service flow, bar, host stand, and guest experience
- Setting and enforcing the standard for hospitality across every touchpoint
- Training, coaching, and developing FOH team members and junior managers
- Scheduling, labor management, and real-time staffing decisions
