Superior Roofing Company is building a modern virtual roofing sales system focused on speed, communication, and consultative presentations.
Instead of relying on traditional in-home sales appointments, homeowners move through a structured virtual process where they receive roofing designs, pricing, material options, and project recommendations through scheduled video consultations.
Our goal is to create a faster, clearer, and more organized homeowner experience. In many cases, a homeowner can move from first contact to a scheduled consultation within the same day.
We are hiring an Executive Roofing Consultant to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in conducting these homeowner presentations and guiding customers through roofing replacement decisions.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are building a structured, consultative presentation process focused on communication, clarity, and homeowner trust.
The role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, emotionally aware, technically capable, and comfortable managing conversations through video consultations and digital systems.
What You Will Do
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with homeowners
- Present roofing replacement options, pricing, and recommendations
- Guide homeowners through a consultative decision-making process
- Work closely with the CRO and operations team throughout the sales cycle
- Manage customer communication, scheduling, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline organization
- Coordinate appointments and calendars within Google Workspace
- Create a professional and organized customer experience throughout the process

Ideal Background
- Consultative sales experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting video or virtual consultations
- Familiarity with Google Workspace including Calendar, Meet, Docs, and Gmail
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple active customers and schedules simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in psychology, negotiation, communication, or consultative sales is a plus
Compensation Structure
- Base compensation plus commission structure
- Total compensation potential: $105,000–$180,000 OTE
- Performance incentives tied to closed projects and customer experience outcomes
