Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

Superior Roofing Company is expanding, and our marketing team is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join us in Scottsdale. This role is designed for a self-starter who wants to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in corporate marketing and local brand growth.

Working directly alongside our marketing leadership, you will play an active role in executing our digital strategy. This is a fast-paced, practical internship where you will contribute directly to high-impact campaigns and learn the mechanics of executive personal branding from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Strategy: Assist with local lead generation, social media channel management, and content creation for Superior Roofing Company.
• Build a Personal Brand: Work right alongside ownership to help develop, film, and execute a personal branding strategy, learning how to position corporate leadership as industry authorities.
• Execute & Analyze: Help track campaign performance across our primary social channels, brainstorm creative marketing concepts, and see the direct local impact of your work.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong desire to learn local business marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and a keen interest in video editing or content production.
• A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Must be local to the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area for hybrid, on-site collaboration.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 / hour (based on experience and skill level)
