Superior Roofing Company is building a modern virtual roofing sales system focused on speed, communication, and consultative presentations.
Instead of relying on traditional in-home appointments, homeowners meet with our team through structured video consultations where they are guided through roofing options, pricing, timelines, and project recommendations in a clear and organized format.
We are hiring a Virtual Sales Consultant to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in conducting these homeowner presentations and helping customers move confidently through the decision-making process.
This role is highly communication-driven and requires someone who is comfortable balancing organization, presentation ability, emotional awareness, and technical coordination in a fast-moving environment.
- Conduct virtual roofing consultations with homeowners through video calls
- Present roofing replacement options, pricing, and project recommendations
- Guide customers through a structured consultative sales process
- Coordinate closely with the CRO and internal teams throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain detailed organization within Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-up communication
- Track customer progress and maintain accurate records throughout the pipeline
- Help create a professional, clear, and organized customer experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of emotional awareness and professionalism
- Ability to remain organized while managing multiple active customers
- Comfort with structured sales conversations and consultative presentations
- Strong technical ability with digital tools and remote work systems
- Ability to communicate clearly through phone, video, email, and messaging platforms
- Experience in sales, consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with Google Workspace including Calendar, Meet, Docs, and Gmail
- Experience working within CRM systems and organized pipelines
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and schedules simultaneously
- Background in psychology, communication, negotiation, or consultative sales is a plus
