BRICK Executive Search is a boutique search firm focused on helping companies within the fashion industry find executives who can perform at the highest level of the organization. We work as an outside service with talent acquisition departments to cast entire teams. We specialize in searching for elite executives who are ideal for placement in the fast-paced world of fashion and fashion merchandising.
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing intern who is eager to serve the fashion and recruiting industry. This intern will assist our firm in maintaining a strong online presence, assist in website upkeep, shadow online graphic and promotional content creation/design, and help generate ideas for digital marketing strategy.
This internship is open exclusively to students seeking college credit. Selected candidates will receive mentorship from a high-profile, former fashion merchandising executive and gain invaluable experience in the digital fashion landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in website management, maintenance, updates, and optimization.
• Work closely with our team to brainstorm and create content for our website and social media channels, aligned with our tone and audience.
• Support social media strategy by scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and suggesting new ideas to grow our following on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Collaborate on improving SEO.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Advertising, PR, or a related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills with an understanding of brand voice.
• Basic knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
• Familiarity with SEO principles.
• A strong eye for design and aesthetics, familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• Highly responsive during work hours.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about fashion or the fashion industry.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Knowledge of executive recruiting is a plus.
