Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned and stocked appropriately.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs.
• Follow health and safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care methods and industrial cleaning practices is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.20 per hour
