Night Auditor
Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with breakfast opening
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or night audit is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
