- Check in guests, provide access cards , and maintain an organized log of all incoming and outgoing guests.
- Respond to inquiries in person or via phone, providing accurate and timely information about our company, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve guest issues.
- Handle payment processing for services and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs and provide them with the best service possible.
- Laundry and light cleaning.
