Quality Assurance Technician

This is a 100% onsite, day shift (8am-4:30pm), 6-month temp. opportunity! As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for working within 2 company warehouses, ensuring quality inspections are performed, maintaining quality standards, actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrating leadership amongst the team. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Technician will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Knowledge of MS Office is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspections of all products received at all of our locations.
• Travel between warehouses as needed.
• Adhere to all current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
• Assists in maintaining quality records in the quality management system (QMS) as directed.
• Maintains accuracy with paperwork and documentation pertaining to products and procedures such as: receiving product inspections, quality records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
• Assists in generating/approving QMS documentation as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness in the receiving area and other workspaces by following housekeeping rules and maintaining clean hygiene.
• Promote a safe work environment by leading by example and by on-the-spot correction of any non-conformance.
• Assists in maintaining control and record of all products.
• Handles accurate data input into the shared system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Performs quality assurance checks and verifications as needed.
• Follows internal procedures and remains up to date on any changes.
• Performs all other Quality Assurance related duties as assigned by the Manager.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Pay Range: $24.04 - $26.44/hr DOE
