Title: Quality Tech II
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Pay: $21-$26
Duration: 8 months
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment upon receipt from vendors or subcontractors.
- Test and inspect incoming materials using established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Determine appropriate inspection methods, sequences, and procedures.
- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, and technical specifications.
- Monitor inspection and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and proper calibration.
- Verify and log customer returns and nonconforming materials.
- Assist with investigations related to nonconforming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
