Job Summary
This position consists of setting and pulling mechanical devices, working outside, understanding specific techniques for determining the anatomy of gophers, location of burrows, residential client communication and more. The Service Technician will engage in activities such as, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Conduct site inspections and sell services to clients
- Set traps, mark maps and trap locations
- Incorporate specific setting techniques into gophers trap locations
- Dispose of animal carcasses from client property
- Learn and utilize online mobile app for scheduling and notes
- Maintain Vehicle and equipment
- Keep accurate Inventory counts of supplies used and issued
- Record specialized information on a daily basis
- Work in teams and/or solo as needed
- Learn general pest control (ants, roaches, scorpions, etc). Will train and license.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various rodents and pest control is a plus
- General Pest Control license preferred (but not necessary)
- 2 Years Clean Driving Record
- Highly Organized and Punctual
- Outstanding Customer Communication and customer service skills
- Able to Work Outside - Lift 50lbs, and walking on uneven terrain
- Able to Pass a Background Check in accordance with NM laws and regulations
Additional Requirements:
· Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
Compensation:
$17-$20 per hour depending on experience
