What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Coordinator position at Suna Solutions?
Opportunity to join the team at a well-established distributor for the maritime transportation industry! As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will oversee customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and clear communication across departments. Tracks order status, coordinates logistics, and resolves issues to support a smooth and efficient fulfillment process.
This position is temp-to-hire, 100% onsite, and is on a M-F, 7am-4pm schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Scan Vendor Packing Slips attach in QuickBooks
- Calculating UPS daily inbound cost
- Receive all daily inbound shipments into QuickBooks
- Real/Accurate shipment price on Vendor PO (After UPS bill is received)
- Update work order list once items have been received into the warehouse
- Following orders through each stage of production
- Reviewing every Customer Sales Order created by all Sales Reps to make sure that it matches the Customers Purchase order per their needs.
- Print all Customer Sales Orders and Vendor Purchase Orders once review is completed and file in drawer.
- Entering all Stock/Make/Cut items from Sales orders onto the Work order list and assigning the task to an employee.
- Generate Customer Open Sales Order Excel report
- Request customer shipping labels
- Email/Scanning Proof of Delivery to Customer/Buyer
- Email tracking numbers to customer based upon request
- Attach tracking numbers to invoices daily
- Email/Mail customer invoices
- Maintaining a clean and organized office area (Restock cups, plates, napkins, coffee, paper in the copy machine, wiping down counters daily, etc.)
- Generate QC forms with Vendors for damaged parts and follow through till completion.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 6 months of related experience
- Microsoft Office and some QuickBooks knowledge
- Helpful to others (co-workers, customers, company)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Customer service skills
- Multi-tasking skills are critical
- Must be very organized, fast and efficient
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Quality work, detailed and accurate

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
Pay Range: $21-$22/hr.
