Join a growing telecommunications company as a Helpdesk Technician! In this hands-on role, you will provide first- and second-level technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. You'll be responsible for managing help desk tickets, deploying and configuring computer equipment, maintaining Active Directory, supporting end users both remotely and onsite, and helping ensure a seamless IT experience across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Available onsite to provide phone, email, and face to face support to end users.
- Provides first and second level support to all users.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems across a range of applications.
- Install and test computer systems, peripherals, and software, including operating systems.
- Creating, closing, assigning, and escalation of helpdesk tickets.
- Inventory and auditing hardware, expendables
- Updating and maintaining user and computer objects in Active Directory.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develops relationships with team members built on trust and respect.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in both Windows and Linux preferred.
- Expert knowledge of trouble shooting Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Linux is a bonus.
- Experience with administering Active directory and Exchange Email.
- Able to troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, LAN, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn and gain expertise in new software and operating system platforms as required.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment with the ability to react to changing priorities.
- Experience managing helpdesk workflow with ticketing systems.
- Any qualifications/certifications a bonus – Associates degree, ITIL, MTA, CompTIA.
- Works independently, demonstrates initiative and interacts with a variety of engineering development teams.
- Demonstrates strong documentation skills and proficient with PC office applications.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
Pay Range: $29-$36/hr.
