Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Pay Rate: $95.00–$97.66/hr on W2

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the technology delivery for a greenfield Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation supporting a large-scale supply chain transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive complex enterprise initiatives while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex enterprise technology programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Drive implementation of a Transportation Management System (TMS) and its integration with enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, logistics, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful program delivery.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones while ensuring project alignment and delivery excellence.
• Support program planning, release readiness, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Promote Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery best practices using Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of Technical Program Management or Enterprise Delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong background delivering Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management System (TMS), Manufacturing, or ERP-related initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise integrations and multiple technical workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise transformation programs.
