Civil / Structural Engineer
Location: Rosenberg, TX
Full-Time | Exempt | Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000
We are seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States.

What You’ll Do
- Design and analyze steel structures, foundations, and industrial support systems.
- Perform structural calculations and develop engineering solutions for large-scale projects.
- Support projects from initial concept through fabrication, installation, and completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and help drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of structural engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
- Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design principles.
- Experience with industrial structures, tanks, infrastructure, or large-scale fabrication projects preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
