StretchLab Lee's Summit is seeking to add to our amazing team of passionate and well-rounded fitness, wellness enthusiasts. A successful candidate must have experience working in a fitness/health environment and providing hands-on training during which the candidate will be responsible for asking questions to better understand the needs and concerns for our customers in
order to address the problem areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Flexologists are responsible for building & retaining a list of StretchLab members through demo-stretch sessions and positioning the StretchLab value proposition.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Booking and confirming a list of StretchLab customers weekly recurring appointments.
• Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, develop relationships with clientele, and update client notes to maintain a client's progress history.
• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies/safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings & participate in our on-going knowledge development sessions.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour & sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

StretchLab Flexologists are what enable our studio to exist and our customers/members to progress in wellness/mobility/pain relief.  All candidates offered a position must be available to go through our 2-day Flexologist Training Program which includes 20-hours of online tutorials and 2-days of in-person/hands-on training (time is paid).

Job Requirements:

• Active CPT or other similar certification required such as Massage Therpay, CPT, Physical Therapy, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor
• Flexologists facilitate and guide our customers through either a 25 or 50-minute stretch session utilizing with strong communication and conversation skills.
• A successful candidate must be genuinely interested in connecting with our clients and invested in helping them achieve goals.
• A successful candidate must exude professionalism, have a dedicated work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, & flexibility
• Our team members are focused on increasing their competency in the health/wellness industry and hold one another accountable to fostering a positive environment.
• Fantastic communication skills that exude empathy & compassion for our clients who are seeking to increase their quality of life and live a healthy lifestyle.

Compensation: $ $30.00 per hour
