We are seeking full-time Resident Wellness Advocates who are responsible for assisting, supporting and empowering clients through their experience from admission to discharge.

Position Details
- Full-time Shifts (730am –4pm), (3pm-1130pm) and (11pm – 730pm). * Starting wage is $18- $25hr - commensurate with your experience * Ample opportunity for growth * Health insurance*
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the safety of all clients * Report client behaviors, interactions and compliance * Support clients in living into their stated values and goals * Observe the self-administration of client medications * Provide transportation services as needed * Assist in keeping the residence up to START UP standards and on brand * Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate and able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
- Knowledge of policies including ethics, appropriate boundaries, and client confidentiality
- If in Recovery: 1 year of sobriety preferred
