What You’ll Do
Manage a multi-line phone system and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner
Coordinate and schedule treatment to support an efficient and productive doctor schedule
Serve as the liaison between doctor and patient to ensure understanding and case acceptance
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the system
Provide a welcoming, organized, and professional front office experience
What We’re Looking For
2 years of dental experience required
Strong knowledge of Dentrix
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
