Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
Collect payments and process transactions
Conduct follow-up calls with patients as needed
Support overall front office operations and patient flow
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management software
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Flexible and adaptable in a team-oriented environment
