**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to individuals with various substance abuse and mental health needs, developmental disabilities, and addiction issues. Masters level degree required, licensed preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
Provide mental health counseling to clients with diverse needs
Utilize psychotherapy techniques to assist clients in managing their conditions
Offer addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse
Work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to improve their quality of life
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
**Skills:**
MSW is required
Proficiency in therapy techniques including psychotherapy and psychopharmacology
Experience in addiction counseling and mental health therapy
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
Compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy sessions
