AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in Southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a skilled primary care physician to join our multi-specialty group at our Hammonton campus.
The Hammonton campus, is a unique facility where patients can see their primary care provider and specialists within the same building and with a single check-in. This space also includes a lab, retail pharmacy, café, community room and relaxing outdoor courtyard. For our primary care providers, this location offers the opportunity for closer collaboration with the specialists who treat their patients.
Primary care practices at AtlantiCare are taking meaningful steps toward the "patient-centered medical home" model by offering same- or next-day urgent appointments, using electronic medical records and partnering with an AtlantiCare care manager to support complex patients. Primary care physicians receive added support from AtlantiCare hospitalists who provide care for patients admitted to our two medical centers.
