As a independent contractor Short term Rental Cleaner at Stevens Realty LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our rental properties. This position is essential to ensuring tenant satisfaction and upholding our commitment to quality living environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of short term rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services for linens and other items as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from guest
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in short-term rental cleaning roles.
- Own car and tools.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with tenants, guests and property managers.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for various surfaces.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Experience in hotel, airbnb work, or housekeeping management is a plus.
