Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper
Job Pay: Based on Experience
Job Summary:
Unique Stays LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our growing hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our vacation homes are spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready. Responsibilities for Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper:
- Clean and maintain vacation rental properties to company standards
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
- Wash and put away dishes
- Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
- Make beds with precision and care
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens
- Replenish guest consumables (soap, paper products, etc.)
- Remove trash and recycling
- Identify and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain and clean hot tubs, as needed
- Follow checklist and procedures for each property
- Create a clean, welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements for Vacation Rental Cleaner/Housekeeper:
- Weekend availability required (Friday–Monday priority)
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned properties
- Own smartphone and personal email address
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of bending, kneeling, lifting 20 lbs, and standing for long periods
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently
