Stevens Realty LLC is a property management company that owns and manages more than 2,000 rental properties across Tennessee and Oklahoma, including Cookeville, McMinnville, Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Lawton, Oklahoma.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tree Service Subcontractor to service our rental properties in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Contractors who also offer landscaping services are a plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal.
- Identify hazardous, damaged, or overgrown trees.
- Safely operate bucket trucks and other tree-service equipment as needed.
- Complete work orders and submit before-and-after photos and required documentation.
- Provide recommendations regarding tree maintenance and potential safety hazards.
- Additional Plus: Offer landscaping services, including brush clearing, shrub trimming, and general property upkeep.
Requirements
- Previous tree-service experience.
- Reliable vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to safely operate a bucket truck when required.
- Reliable, responsive, and professional communication.
- Proof of insurance and completed W-9.
- Ability to service rental properties throughout the Chattanooga area.
