Responsibilities
- Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, flyer, pet, and lease renewal inspections.
- Take clear, detailed photos documenting property conditions.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, property damage, and potential safety issues.
- Complete and submit accurate inspection reports promptly.
- Communicate inspection findings and follow-up concerns to the property management team.
- Coordinate with property management as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Smartphone with a camera and reliable internet access.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and online platforms to complete reports and upload photos.
- Dependable, organized, and able to meet inspection deadlines.
