Position Overview
If you are an experienced Endo Tech who can glide through a busy procedural day with confidence, precision, and maybe even a good joke or two, then this assignment is calling your name. You will be part of a high-volume, fast-moving endoscopy service handling approximately 60 cases per day across 10 suites. The environment is dynamic, team-driven, and ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of procedural care and is ready to bring their A-game every day.

Blended Roles & Responsibilities
(A mix of VMS requirements enhanced staffing standards)
- Assist with all basic endoscopy procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, PEG placement, Bravo placement, and dilations
- Support physicians and RNs before, during, and after procedures
- Prepare, set up, and maintain endoscopic equipment and instruments
- Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and supply management
- Provide safe and efficient workflow within the 10-suite environment
- Float within the 3 endoscopy departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized procedure environment
- Document and support procedural tasks per department guidelines
- Participate in 2–3 days of unit-specific orientation to learn workflows and equipment standards
- Assist with advanced procedures when applicable, including endoscopic ultrasound and basic ERCP support
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Endo Tech with the ability to perform all basic endoscopy cases
- BLS certification required
- Experience in high-volume procedural environments strongly preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting
- Experience with endoscopic ultrasound or basic ERCPs is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Endoscopy Technician program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of GI anatomy, endoscopic procedures, and sterile technique
- Ability to manage equipment setup, troubleshooting, and safe operation
- Solid communication and collaborative team skills
- Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail
- Comfort working across multiple endoscopy suites and departments
