Stelvio is seeking a mid-to-senior level Infrastructure Security Engineer / Systems Administrator with strong hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

You will act as a key bridge between Infrastructure and Information Security, helping ensure systems are secure, stable, and compliant.

- Primarily on-premise infrastructure across North America
- Additional cloud presence (Azure / AWS) in global regions
- Focus on maintaining and securing existing production environments, not greenfield builds
π― Key Responsibilities
π§ Patching & Vulnerability Management (Core Focus)
- Own and execute server patching cycles, including critical updates and security patches
- Lead vulnerability remediation efforts, including assessment, prioritization, and resolution
- Respond to urgent security vulnerabilities (CVEs) and coordinate remediation activities
- Validate patch success and ensure systems remain stable post-deployment

- Maintain and support production systems and enterprise infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure high system availability and performance
π Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain secure configurations and system hardening practices
- Support security initiatives and tool deployments
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and remediation tracking
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability management and incident response
π Operational Support
- Participate in change management and maintenance activities
- Support incident response and post-incident reviews
- Assist with ongoing improvements to patching and remediation processes

- Contribute to security and infrastructure-related projects
- Coordinate across teams to support remediation and deployment efforts
- Provide documentation and support for operational and compliance processes
π§ Required Skills & Experience
β Must Have
- 5β7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience with:
- Windows Server administration
- Patch management and update processes
- Vulnerability remediation workflows
- Experience supporting production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Experience with:
- Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat or similar)
- Enterprise vulnerability management or security tools
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Familiarity with:
