We’re hiring an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, multi-site U.S. workforce. This is a hands-on role covering employee lifecycle, HR operations, and employee relations support, with exposure to HR Business Partner activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Process HR system updates (ADP – hires, terminations, transfers)
- Maintain compliant employee records (I-9s, documentation)
- Triage HR queries and support employee relations cases
- Assist with performance management (reviews, PIPs, tracking)
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
- Support audits, reporting, and HR projects
Requirements
- 2–5 years HR experience (generalist or similar)
- Experience with ADP or similar HR systems
- Exposure to employee relations and performance processes
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
