About the Opportunity
I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven organization that is looking to bring on a Safety Manager to lead and elevate safety practices across field operations and customer environments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about building strong safety cultures while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing safety strategy across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Conducting risk assessments across internal and customer sites
- Leading safety training programs (forklift, emergency response, hazard awareness)
- Performing audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
- Investigating incidents and near-misses, including root cause analysis
- Tracking and analyzing safety KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Partnering cross-functionally to embed safety into daily operations
- Acting as a key safety liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting emergency preparedness and response initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in safety management (field, warehouse, or operational environments preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Proven ability to develop and deliver safety training
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking safety metrics/KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in field-based environments
- Forklift certification required
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: $90,000 – $105,000
