You’ll lead a global team across the US, Israel, and the UK, partnering closely with leadership to design and execute a hiring strategy that supports rapid scale.

What You’ll Own
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global TA team across multiple regions
- Design and execute a scalable, high-impact hiring strategy
- Partner with leadership across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations
- Build structured, data-driven recruiting processes to improve speed and quality
- Elevate candidate experience and hiring manager alignment
- Implement modern sourcing, assessment, and hiring practices
- Drive accountability and consistency across global hiring
- Use data and insights to continuously improve performance

What You Bring
- 10 years of recruiting experience, including 5 years leading teams in high-growth tech environments
- Proven experience building or transforming TA functions
- Strong track record hiring across technical and commercial roles
- Deep understanding of engineering and AI-driven environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategy, assessment, and employer branding
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and executive leadership
