Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team with responsibility for the administrative tasks related to job descriptions, job postings, reporting and on-boarding.Duties & Responsibilities· Proactively source and engage high-quality talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social networks, and professional associations.· Coordinate and schedule interviews as needed.· Build, maintain, and refresh active talent pipelines for current and future openings.· Conduct outreach to passive candidates, assess qualifications, and convert interest into active engagement.· Provide a consistent, high-touch, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through consideration.· Support and execute diverse sourcing initiatives to broaden candidate reach and representation.· Deliver weekly and quarterly reports on sourcing activity, pipeline strength, and conversion metrics.· Develop, edit, and format job descriptions within approved organizational templates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across all entities.· Maintain the centralized job description library, ensuring the most recent and accurate versions are available for every role.· Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partners, and Total Rewards to manage requisition approvals, position changes, and internal mobility processes.· Coordinate all aspects of internal job postings, role changes, pricing, and offer approvals.· Ensure alignment between job descriptions, job codes, and compensation structures across entities.· Serve as a primary system administrator and “super user” for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), configuring new locations, templates, and user profiles as needed.· Post open roles internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all job listings.· Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to new Hiring Managers and team members using the ATS.· Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports verifying data integrity and compliance for Talent Acquisition leadership review.· Partner closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.· Conduct onboarding and training for new Hiring Managers on ATS usage, hiring best practices, and compliance protocols.· Coordinate and support quarterly Hiring Manager training sessions and recruitment workshops.· Send weekly internal job updates and manage the employee referral program, including reporting and award payment coordination.· Support recruitment branding initiatives and community outreach activities, including job fairs, networking events, and career partnerships.· Collaborate with communications and HR partners to elevate employer brand visibility and employee engagement around open opportunities.· Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone across job postings reflect organizational values and diversity commitments.· Maintain precise sourcing, pipeline, and requisition data in ATS/CRM systems.· Analyze market and performance data to recommend creative, data-informed sourcing strategies.· Ensure recruiting and onboarding documentation adheres to internal audit and compliance requirements.· Exhibit a high degree of organization, follow-through, and accountability in all aspects of talent acquisition.
