Location & Work Arrangement
- City, State: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week, 2 days remote).
- Contract: This is a Contract position.
- Residency Requirement: Local candidates only.
- Mode of Interview: The interview process is 1 round (Virtual) followed by a final In Person interview.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Integrity and Problem Resolution
- Deduplication Focus: The primary responsibility is to investigate and resolve complex duplicate patient records and bad merges within the immunization registry.
- Data Tools: Utilize specialized data tools and matching algorithms to efficiently identify and correct data integrity issues.
- Data Quality Improvement: Collaborate with IT and data quality teams to improve deduplication processes, system performance, and overall Data Quality metrics.
- Escalation: Escalate complex data issues to technical teams or data stewards as needed.
Technical and Customer Support
- End-User Support: Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
- Documentation: Document all support interactions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) and maintain accurate logs.
- Training & Reporting: Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry, record management, and generate reports on data quality trends.
- Testing: Assist in testing system updates and enhancements.
Required Technical Experience (4.5 Years)

- Tools: Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
