Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration and two (2) years directly related work experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and/or budgeting. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain current ID or Driver's License. Pre-employment background investigation is required, and employment is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.

How does it get done?
- Maintains the Internal Purchasing Request Inbox for IPR receipt and processing.
- Receives and processes all IPRs.
- Reviews and audits of IPRs, quotes, Statewide or Agency Price Agreements, Professional and General service contracts, white papers, policy exemptions, and executive approval forms to ensure compliance to MAPs and internal policy and procedures. When requested by Leadership, will prepare IPRs and Executive Approval Forms to route for approval signatures.
- Ensures all required signatures of the requesters and approvers are obtained.
- Enters purchase orders in SHARE FSCM.
