CT Technologist – Travel Contract (Nights) $2,628.60/Week | 12-Hour Nights

Staffmax Healthcare is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a high-volume imaging travel assignment in Kalispell, MT. This role is ideal for a CT Tech with strong experience in trauma, cardiac, abdominal, pediatric/geriatric, multi-phase imaging, CT-guided procedures, and advanced scanner platforms.

• $1,428 Weekly Tax-Free Stipends
• $33.35/hr Taxable Rate
• $73.02/hr Blended Rate

Schedule

• Night Shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed
• Every other weekend required
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• No call
• Holiday rotation based on unit needs

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality CT imaging exams in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Support cardiac, trauma, abdominal, pediatric/geriatric, and complex CT studies
• Assist with scanner operation during IR procedures, including biopsies, abscess drainage, and ablations
• Perform multi-phase imaging for liver, kidney, pancreas, adrenals, and other organs
• Support CTA/CTV pelvis, CTA/CTV runoff, IVP, enterography, musculoskeletal trauma, and gated cardiac imaging
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech
• Collaborate with radiologists, team leads, and imaging leadership

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years CT experience – Required
• Experience must be from a facility larger than a critical access hospital
• First-time travelers may be considered with strong large-institution experience
• Recent scanner experience within the last year required
• Must be comfortable with high-volume imaging workflows

Scanner Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is strongly preferred:

• GE Revolution EVO / Revolution EVO Gen3
• GE LightSpeed 64
• Siemens SOMATOM Force
• Siemens SOMATOM Drive
• Siemens SOMATOM Definition AS / AS
• Siemens SOMATOM Definition Edge

Requirements

• ARRT-CT – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• State License – Required
• Strong CT technical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume scan load
• Comfort supporting CT-guided procedures

• Orientation: NEO plus 3–4 precepted shifts
