Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift: $16.00/hr.
  • 2nd Shift: $16.75/hr.
  • 3rd Shift: $17.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Line Lead experience
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products for proper cap fit and application
  • Visually check for leaks, correct label placement, and overall product compliance with the Production Sheet
  • Report any discrepancies to the Floor Lead or Supervisor
  • Place completed cases into the tape machine
  • Assist the Supervisor and Floor Lead during line changeovers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support housekeeping efforts during downtime and before shift changes
  • Monitor labeler operations to ensure accurate label application
  • Help maintain a steady flow of production as needed
