- 10 years of experience
- Strong skills in both fabrication and installation
- Proven ability and desire to lead a team and collaborate effectively
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toe shoes
- Must possess basic hand tools
- A valid driver's license

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Understands cut sheets and oversee project execution
- Operate woodworking machinery and fabrication processes
