Role overview
A Shift Lead helps run smooth, fast, and friendly shifts by supporting the team, maintaining standards, and delivering great guest experiences. Shift Leads work alongside leaders and Team Members to keep operations on track during each shift.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support Team Members during assigned shifts
- Set the pace for hospitality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Help position team members and adjust staffing as needed
- Handle basic guest concerns and escalate when appropriate
- Follow Chick-fil-A procedures, food safety, and operational standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and shift communication
- Ensuring all staff are all following correct procedures and standards
