Job Duties
- Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Load/unload trucks and move materials to/from production lines.
- Stage, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning/documentation.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols.
- Support warehouse and production teams as needed.

Experience Requirements
- Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
- 1 year forklift experience, preferably in food/beverage environment.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator.
- 1 year forklift experience, preferably in Warehouse environment
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
